🔑

Pick your AI & add a key

ListPilot writes your listings using your own AI account. Pick a provider, paste a key, and you're set.

1

Choose a provider

Open the popup, click All settings →, and go to AI engine. Under AI provider pick one: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), or Google (Gemini).

2

Get an API key

The Lister

Lister

Turn any Amazon product into a listing on eBay or Facebook, ready for your review.

1

Open an Amazon product page

On any amazon.com/dp/… product page, a round red ListPilot + button sits in the bottom right corner. If you don't see it, open the popup → All settings →Listing and turn on Lister button.

2

Click + and choose where to list

The button opens two options: List on eBay and List on Facebook. Pick one. ListPilot scrapes the product's title, description, brand, and high resolution photos, then opens a new listing tab.

3

Let ListPilot fill it

On eBay it walks through catalog matching and condition automatically, then writes the title, description, and item specifics with your AI. A progress bar shows each step; the AI step takes about 15 to 30 seconds. Don't navigate away while it works.

4

Review and publish

Check the title, description, specifics, and photos, then set your price and shipping, which are left for you on purpose. ListPilot fills the form but never publishes for you; you click publish when it looks right.

  • + (ListPilot button): the launcher in the bottom right of Amazon product pages (labeled "ListPilot: list this product").
  • List on eBay / List on Facebook: scrape this product and start the listing on that marketplace.
  • Filled for you: title, description, and item specifics. Left to you: price and shipping.

Inventory & Crossposting

PRO

Import your live eBay listings and post them to Facebook, Vinted, and Mercari, all from your own browser in one queue.

1

Connect eBay

Open listpilot.dev/inventory, sign in with your license key, and click Connect on the eBay chip. Approve access once and your active listings import with their title, price, and photos. Hit ↻ Sync any time to pull the latest.

2

Set your crosspost rules

Click ⚙ Settings. Set a price rule per platform (e.g. Facebook priced 20% under the source price) and choose how posting finishes:

  • Review then publish. Each listing is filled and left open; you click Publish.
  • Publish automatically.Hands free. Batch runs pause after the first listing for a quality check.
3

Batch post

Tick the items you want, click Post to Facebook / Post to Vinted / Post to Mercari, then ▶ Start posting. A ListPilot runner window opens and works through the queue one listing at a time. Keep the marketplace tab logged in; minimizing the runner is fine, but closing it stops the run and requeues whatever's left.

4

Post 2 at a time (optional)

In All settings → Listing, under Posting speed, pick how many listings each marketplace posts at the same time. Facebook goes up to 10. Vinted and Mercari stop at 2, because nothing above that has been tested on a real account. Higher is faster and more likely to get noticed, so drop back to 1 if you start seeing checkpoints.

5

Create a listing from a URL

Click + Create listing, paste an Amazon or Walmart product URL, tick eBay and/or Facebook, and set a price. ListPilot opens each listing for you to review and post, and the item lands in your inventory right away.

Mercari needs the tab in focus. Mercari pauses background tabs to fight bots, so when a Mercari import or post opens its tab, keep that tab open and in focus until it says done. ListPilot pops a reminder on the tab. If you switch away mid import, it waits for you instead of failing, and picks up where it left off when you come back.
Want to set Mercari shipping yourself? Turn on Pause for weight & dimensions (Mercari) in All settings → Listing. ListPilot fills the whole listing, then stops on the shipping step with the weight and size fields ready so you can enter them, and finishes the listing when you click Continue. The rest of your queue keeps posting while you do it.

  • Connect / Reconnect / Disconnect: link a marketplace on its chip.
  • ↻ Sync: reimport your latest eBay listings.
  • ⚙ Settings: price rules, publish mode, Facebook Group Boost, and data and reset tools.

  • ▶ Start posting: open the runner and work the queue.

The Tracker

1

Turn on the Track button

Open the popup and enable Track button on orders. This adds a ➕ Track button next to each item on your Amazon (and Walmart) order pages.

On an order page, click ➕ Track. The tracker opens with a card already filled in: product name, ASIN, order number, order date, and price. You just set the Review Type and Review Due date.

3

Add entries manually

For Vine items or anything without an order page, click + Add Entry and fill it in yourself.

4

Read the due date chips

Vine Review Writer

Tracker

Draft your Amazon reviews automatically. It fills the form, and you always read it over and submit. Nothing posts on its own.

1

Turn it on

In All settings → Reviews (AI review writer), toggle Vine members (reviews opened from your Vine dashboard) and/or Regular orders (adds Auto Review buttons on "review your purchases").

2

How it starts: Automatic writes as soon as the review page opens, or Ask me first waits until you tell it to start.

3

Pick a rating

Star rating: 5 stars, 4 stars, or Random (a range you set with the slider). The chosen rating shapes the tone of the review.

4

Review and submit

ListPilot fills the review title and body on Amazon's form. Read it over, tweak anything, and submit it yourself. Nothing is posted automatically.
