Install from the Chrome Web Store

Add ListPilot to Chrome, then click Add to Chrome and confirm with Add extension.

Pin it to your toolbar

Click the puzzle piece icon (🧩) at the top right of Chrome, find ListPilot in the list, and click the pin. The red ListPilot icon now stays in your toolbar. You can also manage the extension any time at chrome://extensions.

Open the popup

Click the red ListPilot icon to open the popup.

Activate your license

Paste the license key shown on your activation page after checkout into the box and click Activate. Then add your AI provider key, as described in the next section, before you list.

Choose a provider

Open the popup, click All settings →, and go to AI engine. Under AI provider pick one: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), or Google (Gemini).

Get an API key

• ClaudeCreate a key at console.anthropic.com. It starts with sk-ant.
• ChatGPTCreate a key at platform.openai.com. It starts with sk-.
• GeminiCreate a key at aistudio.google.com. It starts with AIza.

Paste the key

Paste it into the API key field on the AI engine page.

Review the available model options

The AI engine shows the current options for your selected provider. Names and availability can change. Provider pricing depends on the model, input, and number of requests.

• Model choicesThe current model names appear in the extension's AI engine settings for your selected provider.
• Review draftsCheck generated facts and add your own firsthand observations before submitting a review. Without personal notes, the draft is a product summary to edit. Choose a rating that reflects your experience.

Open a supported product page

On Amazon, Walmart, or a supported eBay item page, look for the round red ListPilot + button in the bottom right corner. If you don't see it, open the popup and turn on Lister button. The same switch is also under All settings → Listing.

Choose destinations and start the listing

Select one or more marketplaces from eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Mercari, and Poshmark, then click the List on... button at the bottom to start. With multiple choices, the button names how many marketplaces you selected. eBay and Facebook need Lister or PRO. Vinted, Mercari, and Poshmark need PRO. From an eBay item page, you can start a new eBay draft or choose another supported marketplace.

Let ListPilot fill it

ListPilot reads the source product details and uses your selected AI provider to prepare the destination listing. Keep the destination tab open while it fills the form; the progress bar shows each step.

Review and publish

Check the title, description, specifics, and photos, then set your price and shipping. Review every detail before publishing. From a product page, Poshmark always leaves the final publish action to you.

Connect eBay

Open listpilot.dev/inventory, sign in with your license key, and click Connect on the eBay chip. Approve access once and your active listings import with their title, price, and photos. Hit ↻ Sync any time to pull the latest.

Set your crosspost rules

Click ⚙ Settings. Set a price rule per platform (e.g. Facebook priced 20% under the source price) and choose how posting finishes:

• Review then publish.Each listing is filled and left open; you click Publish.
• Auto-publish where supported. Available for supported destinations and posting modes. Poshmark posts on its own too, once you have finished one Poshmark listing from this queue by hand (Next, then List This Item) with the runner open. It hands a listing back to you if Poshmark asks for a check or has a share option switched on in its last step (Smart Sell, or a share to a connected Pinterest account or a live Posh Party, which Poshmark can switch on by itself), and it stops posting to Poshmark if Poshmark shows a CAPTCHA or listings it published cannot be found in your closet (after which the next item is filled for you to list by hand again). Mercari listings always wait for you to click List.

Batch post

Tick the items you want, click Post to Facebook, Post to Vinted, Post to Mercari, or Post to Poshmark, then click ▶ Run queue. Each marketplace posts up to 2 items at a time, in both modes (Mercari one at a time), and the marketplaces run side by side. With Auto-publish where supported, the first item posts on its own so you can check it, then the rest run hands-free; Mercari is filled in and shown to you to click List yourself. Poshmark posts on its own too, once you have finished one Poshmark listing from this queue by hand (Next, then List This Item) with the runner open. It hands a listing back to you if Poshmark asks for a check or has a share option switched on in its last step (Smart Sell, or a share to a connected Pinterest account or a live Posh Party, which Poshmark can switch on by itself), and it stops posting to Poshmark if Poshmark shows a CAPTCHA or listings it published cannot be found in your closet (after which the next item is filled for you to list by hand again). With Review then publish, drafts fill out of sight and land as tabs in your window, ready for you to check and publish, while the next ones fill (up to 10 open at once; Mercari fills its next item only once you have listed or closed the one before). Keep the marketplace tab logged in; minimizing the runner is fine, but closing it stops the run. Items it had not started stay queued; any it was in the middle of are marked on the dashboard for you to check before they can be posted again.

Create a listing from a URL

Click ＋ Create listing, paste an Amazon, Walmart, or eBay item URL, then choose eBay, Facebook, or Poshmark. Set a price and click Post. ListPilot opens each listing for you to review and publish, then adds the item to your inventory. Poshmark always requires your final publish action.

Turn on the Track button

Open the popup and enable Track button on orders. This adds a ➕ Track button next to each item on your Amazon (and Walmart) order pages.

One click add from an order

On an order page, click ➕ Track. The tracker opens with a card already filled in: product name, ASIN, order number, order date, and price. Set the Review Type, and add the Delivery Date when it arrives. The review date is worked out from the delivery date and Review After (days).

Add entries manually

For Vine items or anything without an order page, click + Add Entry and fill it in yourself.

Read the due date chips

Each entry shows a countdown: Review in 3d, Review today, or Review overdue 2d for reviewable items; Photo due in 3d / Photo due today / Photo overdue 2d for "No Review" items that need a delivery photo.

Track returns

Set the Status (Ordered, Delivered, Reviewed, Cancelled, Sent to Agent, Refunded, Might Return) to follow return and refund timelines.

Import a spreadsheet

Click Import… to load a JSON, CSV, or Excel file. The tracker maps columns by header name.

Open Shipping

Open Shipping from the dashboard or inventory navigation.

Import and review orders

Import a ListPilot, LabelVault, or Shippo CSV, or read selected Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Facebook orders. Check recipient and package details before saving or comparing rates.

Compare available rates

Select an order and choose Get rates, then Get all rates. Compare the services returned by the marketplace, Shippo, and Pirate Ship. Review the final price and terms in the provider's checkout before buying a label.

Export a LabelVault CSV

From a marketplace order panel, select the address-and-weight layout or the dimensions template. Check the address and package values before using the file. When missing, weight starts at one pound and dimensions start at one inch; you can edit them.

Review matches before applying tracking

In eBay Seller Hub and Walmart Seller Center, use Review matches to check each order before applying the update. Clicking Apply tracking and mark shipped fills the carrier and tracking details and submits them to the marketplace. eBay applies one order at a time. LabelVault tracking updates in Amazon Seller Central remain manual.

Add your orders

Click + Add Order to log what you bought: item, merchant, purchase price, cashout price, cashback %, and a status of Ordered or Paid Out. Tag orders with a Group to reconcile them later.

Log payments received

On the Payments tab, click + Add Payment to record money received from a buyback service. Put the group name in the note so it reconciles automatically.

Reconcile

The Reconciliation tab compares expected cashout against what you received per group and flags each as PAID, UNDERPAID, or OVERPAID.

Import or export

The Import tab reads a JSON file: choose 🔁 Replace all data or ⊕ Merge (keep existing). Use Export JSON in the header to back everything up.

Turn it on

In All settings → Reviews (AI review writer), toggle Vine members (reviews opened from your Vine dashboard) and/or Regular orders (adds Auto Review buttons on "review your purchases"). For Walmart, toggle Incentivized purchases (items in the promo code section of your Reviews dashboard) and/or Regular orders (everything else under "Ready to review").

Choose how it starts

How it starts: Automatic writes as soon as the review page opens, or Ask me first waits until you tell it to start.

Pick a rating

Star rating: 5 stars, 4 stars, or Random (a range you set with the slider). Choose a rating that reflects your experience.

Review and submit

ListPilot fills the review title and body on the review form. Check the facts, add first-hand observations, edit it so it reflects your own experience, and submit it yourself. Nothing is posted automatically.
