Everything you need to install ListPilot and get the most out of every tool.
Setup takes about a minute. ListPilot installs from the Chrome Web Store and lives in your browser toolbar.
Install from the Chrome Web Store
Add ListPilot to Chrome, then click Add to Chrome and confirm with Add extension.
Pin it to your toolbar
Click the puzzle piece icon (🧩) at the top right of Chrome, find ListPilot in the list, and click the pin. The red ListPilot icon now stays in your toolbar. You can also manage the extension any time at chrome://extensions.
Open the popup
Click the red ListPilot icon to open the popup.
Activate your license
Paste the license key from your purchase email into the box and click Activate. That's it. You're ready to list.
Enter your license key to activate ListPilot.
ListPilot writes your listings using your own AI account. Pick a provider, paste a key, and you're set.
Choose a provider
Open the popup, click All settings →, and go to AI engine. Under AI provider pick one: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), or Google (Gemini).
Get an API key
Paste the key
Paste it into the API key field on the AI engine page.
Pick a model
Each provider offers three tiers: best, faster and cheaper, and fastest and cheapest. The best one is selected by default.
Turn any Amazon product into a listing on eBay or Facebook, ready for your review.
Open an Amazon product page
On any amazon.com/dp/… product page, a round red ListPilot + button sits in the bottom right corner. If you don't see it, open the popup → All settings → → Listing and turn on Lister button.
Click + and choose where to list
The button opens two options: List on eBay and List on Facebook. Pick one. ListPilot scrapes the product's title, description, brand, and high resolution photos, then opens a new listing tab.
Let ListPilot fill it
On eBay it walks through catalog matching and condition automatically, then writes the title, description, and item specifics with your AI. A progress bar shows each step; the AI step takes about 15 to 30 seconds. Don't navigate away while it works.
Review and publish
Check the title, description, specifics, and photos, then set your price and shipping, which are left for you on purpose. ListPilot fills the form but never publishes for you; you click publish when it looks right.
Import your live eBay listings and post them to Facebook, Vinted, and Mercari, all from your own browser in one queue.
Connect eBay
Open listpilot.dev/inventory, sign in with your license key, and click Connect on the eBay chip. Approve access once and your active listings import with their title, price, and photos. Hit ↻ Sync any time to pull the latest.
Set your crosspost rules
Click ⚙ Settings. Set a price rule per platform (e.g. Facebook priced 20% under the source price) and choose how posting finishes:
Batch post
Tick the items you want, click Post to Facebook / Post to Vinted / Post to Mercari, then ▶ Start posting. A ListPilot runner window opens and works through the queue one listing at a time. Keep the marketplace tab logged in; minimizing the runner is fine, but closing it stops the run and requeues whatever's left.
Post 2 at a time (optional)
In All settings → Listing, under Posting speed, pick how many listings each marketplace posts at the same time. Facebook goes up to 10. Vinted and Mercari stop at 2, because nothing above that has been tested on a real account. Higher is faster and more likely to get noticed, so drop back to 1 if you start seeing checkpoints.
Create a listing from a URL
Click + Create listing, paste an Amazon or Walmart product URL, tick eBay and/or Facebook, and set a price. ListPilot opens each listing for you to review and post, and the item lands in your inventory right away.
Minimize this window. It keeps working in the background. Closing it stops the run.
Never miss a Vine review deadline or a return window.
Turn on the Track button
Open the popup and enable Track button on orders. This adds a ➕ Track button next to each item on your Amazon (and Walmart) order pages.
One click add from an order
On an order page, click ➕ Track. The tracker opens with a card already filled in: product name, ASIN, order number, order date, and price. You just set the Review Type and Review Due date.
Add entries manually
For Vine items or anything without an order page, click + Add Entry and fill it in yourself.
Read the due date chips
Each entry shows a countdown: Review in 3d, Review today, or Review overdue 2d for reviewable items; Photo due in 3d / Photo due today / Photo overdue 2d for "No Review" items that need a delivery photo.
Track returns
Set the Status (Ordered, Delivered, Reviewed, Cancelled, Sent to Agent, Refunded, Might Return) to follow return and refund timelines.
Import a spreadsheet
Click Import… to load a JSON, CSV, or Excel file. The tracker maps columns by header name.
Track the money you've actually been paid for buyback and resale orders, and catch anyone who underpays.
Add your orders
Click + Add Order to log what you bought: item, merchant, purchase price, cashout price, cashback %, and a status of Ordered or Paid Out. Tag orders with a Group to reconcile them later.
Log payments received
On the Payments tab, click + Add Payment to record money received from a buyback service. Put the group name in the note so it reconciles automatically.
Reconcile
The Reconciliation tab compares expected cashout against what you received per group and flags each as PAID, UNDERPAID, or OVERPAID.
Import or export
The Import tab reads a JSON file: choose 🔁 Replace all data or ⊕ Merge (keep existing). Use Export JSON in the header to back everything up.
Draft your Amazon reviews automatically. It fills the form, and you always read it over and submit. Nothing posts on its own.
Turn it on
In All settings → Reviews (AI review writer), toggle Vine members (reviews opened from your Vine dashboard) and/or Regular orders (adds Auto Review buttons on "review your purchases").
Choose how it starts
How it starts: Automatic writes as soon as the review page opens, or Ask me first waits until you tell it to start.
Pick a rating
Star rating: 5 stars, 4 stars, or Random (a range you set with the slider). The chosen rating shapes the tone of the review.
Review and submit
ListPilot fills the review title and body on Amazon's form. Read it over, tweak anything, and submit it yourself. Nothing is posted automatically.
Your account home at listpilot.dev/dashboard: plan, tools, and your license key in one place.
Every control, and where to find it. Quick toggles live in the popup; everything else is on the options page (open it with All settings → in the popup).
