Go to Anthropic Console

Open console.anthropic.com and sign in or create a free account. You'll need to add a payment method. Anthropic bills per API call, typically a few cents per listing.

Create an API key

In the left sidebar, click API Keys → Create Key. Give it a name like ListPilot. Copy the key now: it starts with sk-ant-api… and is only shown once.

Add the key to ListPilot

Click the ListPilot icon in your Chrome toolbar. Go to the Settings tab. Paste your API key into the Anthropic API Key field and press Save.

Choose your model (optional)

The default model is Claude Sonnet, a strong balance of speed, quality, and cost. For higher-quality listings you can switch to Claude Opus in the same Settings tab, though it costs more per call. Sonnet is the recommended starting point.

Open any Amazon product page

Navigate to a product on amazon.com/dp/…. You'll see a red List on eBay button in the bottom-right corner of the page. If it's not visible, click the ListPilot icon → Settings → make sure Show button on Amazon is enabled.

Click "List on eBay"

The extension scrapes the product's title, description, brand, and high-resolution images. A new eBay tab opens with the product title pre-filled for category detection.

Let eBay load

eBay walks through catalog matching and condition selection. ListPilot handles these steps automatically, advancing through them without any clicks from you. Don't navigate away during this step.

Click "Fill Listing"

When the eBay listing form loads, a Fill Listing button appears at the top of the page. Click it. The extension calls Claude AI to generate the title, description, and all item specifics. This takes 15–30 seconds.

Review and publish

Look over the title, description, item specifics, and images. Adjust anything you'd like, set your price and shipping, then click List it to publish.

Connect eBay

Open listpilot.dev/inventory, sign in with your license key, and click Connect on the eBay chip. eBay asks you to approve access once, then every active listing imports automatically with its title, price, and photos. Hit ↻ Sync any time to pull the latest.

Set your crosspost rules

Click ⚙ Settings on the inventory page. Set a price rule (for example, Facebook = −20% of the item price) and choose how posting finishes: Review then publish (each listing is filled and left open for you) or Publish automatically (hands-free after a first-listing quality check).

Batch-post to Facebook

Select items with the checkboxes, click Post to Facebook, then ▶ Start posting. A small ListPilot window opens and works through the queue one listing at a time from your own browser. Minimize it and let it run. Make sure you're logged into Facebook first.

Create a listing from any product URL

Click ＋ Create listing, paste an Amazon or Walmart product URL, tick eBay and/or Facebook, and set your price. The extension opens each listing for you to review and post, and the item lands in your inventory immediately.

Enable the Track button

Click the ListPilot icon in your toolbar to open the popup. In the settings, turn on Track button on orders. This adds a ➕ Track button next to every item on your Amazon order-detail pages.

One-click add from Amazon

Go to any Amazon order-detail page (amazon.com/gp/your-account/order-details?orderID=…). You'll see a ➕ Track button next to each item. Click it. The tracker opens in a new tab with the card already filled in: product name, ASIN, order number, order date, and price are all pulled from the page automatically.

Manual entry (for Vine items or other sources)

For items that don't have a regular Amazon order page (e.g. Vine shipments), click Add item in the tracker and fill in the details manually: product name, ASIN, status, review type, delivery date, review due date, and agent.

Read the due-date chips

Each card shows a countdown chip:

• Review in 3d / Review today / Review overdue 2dFor reviewable items.
• Photo due in 3d / Photo due today / Photo overdue 2dFor "No Review" items that need a delivery photo sent to your agent.

Track returns

Set Status to Refund requested or Returned to track return timelines. Return windows are calculated from the delivery date.

Import from Excel

Have an existing spreadsheet? Click Import and upload an Excel file. The tracker reads the first sheet and maps columns by header name.
