Crosslisting software — sometimes called a crosslisting app, or a crosslisting tool — does one job: let you list on multiple marketplaces without retyping the same listing for each one. Vendoo, Crosslist, List Perfectly, PrimeLister and Flyp all do it. So does ListPilot.

Only one of the three still meters listings. Crosslist counts new listings a month and meters AI in credits. Vendoo used to count items and no longer does — every paid plan is unlimited now. List Perfectly never metered listings; it meters how much of the listing gets crossposted, plus AI and background removals. We charge $20 a month with no meter on anything, and you pay your own AI cost of about $0.05 a listing.
We have three plans, and only PRO at $20/mo does crosslisting. Tracker ($5/mo) is for tracking refunds and reviews. Lister ($10/mo) does Amazon to eBay listings. Neither one does a dedicated crosslister's job, so quoting their prices on this page would be misleading.

ListPilot PRO is $20 plus your own AI cost, about $0.05 a listing. Each competitor is shown at the cheapest plan of theirs that does the same job — AI-written listings with item specifics and bulk crossposting.

We're cheapest up to roughly 200 listings a month, which is where most resellers actually live — at 200 exactly, Vendoo Growth and we are level to the cent. Past that, bundled AI starts to win: Vendoo Growth overtakes us around 200 listings, Crosslist Gold around 400, and List Perfectly Business around 580. We'd rather print those numbers than pretend our line never turns.

When a tool bundles AI it has to cap it, or price for its heaviest users. List Perfectly gives you 25 AI listings a month on its $29 plan and 50 on its $49 one. Crosslist meters credits and sells more at $4.99 a month. Vendoo includes none on Starter and publishes no limit above it.
You pay Anthropic directly, at about $0.05 a listing, with nothing added on top and no number to run out of. At 100 listings a month that's $5.
If you'd rather not deal with an API key at all, a bundled tool is a reasonable choice and we won't pretend otherwise.
None of the three lists a lifetime option. ListPilot PRO is $480 once. What that's worth depends on which tool you'd otherwise be paying:
