About marketplace and weight settings

ListPilot CSVs preserve each row’s marketplace and original order ID. For older LabelVault files, choose their marketplace and weight unit. Amazon/Walmart normally use pounds; older eBay exports can use ounces. Shippo files declare their units.

Facebook steps

Facebook: open the Shipping picker, Refresh orders, select up to 20 Facebook orders, Read selected orders, review full addresses, then Open Shipping. Only displayed cards are selectable; scroll or change filters and Refresh to load more. Split larger selections. English US addresses and single-item orders only. Reading must finish within 10 minutes of starting, and you must click Open Shipping within 15 minutes. After that, select and read the orders again. If automatic capture is unavailable, use manual CSV import. Facebook native rates and tracking writeback remain unsupported.
