Common questions.

Do I need anything besides a ListPilot license?
Yes - one thing: an Anthropic API key (the AI that writes your listings). You bring your own key, which means no AI markup from us and your product data goes directly from your browser to Anthropic - never through our servers. Typical cost is a few cents per listing.
How does the listing process actually work?
Open any Amazon product page and click List on eBay. ListPilot scrapes the title, photos, bullet points and specs, opens eBay's listing flow, and AI fills in an optimized title, description, and every item-specific dropdown. It drafts the listing and stops - you always review and hit Publish yourself.
Which platforms are supported?
Amazon and Walmart product pages are live today as sources, and listings can go to eBay or Facebook Marketplace. AliExpress and Etsy sources are on the roadmap - every plan gets new platforms automatically as they ship. PRO also connects your eBay account to import your existing listings into the Inventory dashboard.
What's the difference between the plans?
Tracker ($5/mo) is the money side: the Refund & Review Tracker with cloud sync, 1-click order tracking, PII blur, and the AI Vine review writer. Lister ($10/mo) is the listing side: one-click Amazon or Walmart to eBay or Facebook Marketplace drafts with AI titles, descriptions, item specifics, and photo transfer. PRO ($20/mo) includes everything in both, plus crosslisting: connect your eBay account, import your active listings into the Inventory dashboard, and batch-post them to Facebook with automatic price rules (like "Facebook = eBay −20%"). Existing Bundle licenses keep working with everything they came with.
How many devices can I use?
One device per license. Your key binds to the first browser that activates it. Need it on a new machine? Ask in our Discord and we'll reset the binding.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, no questions asked. Open your dashboard → Manage Subscription - it takes you to Stripe's self-serve portal where you can cancel, switch plans, update your card, or download invoices. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What about refunds?
All sales are final - ListPilot is a digital product with instant access, so we don't offer refunds (except where required by law). You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future billing and keep access until the end of your paid period. See our Refund Policy for details. If something isn't working, tell us in our Discord - we'll make it right.
Is my data safe?
Your Anthropic API key is stored only in your browser - we never see it. Product data goes straight from your browser to Anthropic's API. We store only your license record and a listings counter. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I install ListPilot?
