ListPilot's software and prompts are proprietary. Copying, redistribution, or reuse in other products is prohibited. FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need anything besides a ListPilot license?
Yes: an API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google, selected in AI engine settings. AI requests go directly from your browser to that provider. The provider bills your usage separately; cost depends on the model, input size, and retries. ListPilot adds no AI markup.
How does the listing process actually work?
Open a supported Amazon, Walmart, or eBay product page, click the red + button, and pick your marketplaces. ListPilot transfers available product details, uses your selected AI provider to help fill the draft, and opens the marketplace form. Review the title, description, fields, and photos; add price and shipping before publishing. The Lister workflow leaves the final publish action to you.
Which platforms are supported?
Lister starts from supported Amazon, Walmart, or eBay product pages and creates drafts for eBay or Facebook Marketplace. With PRO, the same pages can also start Vinted, Mercari, and Poshmark drafts. PRO also imports active eBay listings into the Inventory dashboard and supports crossposting to Facebook, Vinted, Mercari, and Poshmark. Optional auto-publishing is available for Facebook, Vinted and Mercari; on Poshmark, ListPilot fills the form and you click Publish yourself. New features are included according to the plan entitlements in effect for your license.
How does Amazon Quick Buy work?
Quick Buy is included with PRO and is off by default. Its controls sit under Amazon's own buttons on supported product pages; you pick a quantity and click, and ListPilot then uses Amazon's own buttons, so it never builds the order itself. With the second confirmation on (the default), review the quantity and total before continuing. Add to Delivery can submit from the product page; Buy Now opens Amazon checkout. If you turn off the second confirmation, Add to Delivery submits after your click.
What's the difference between the plans?
Tracker ($5/mo) includes the Refund & Review Tracker, supported order-page capture, cloud sync, PII blur, and the AI Vine review writer. Lister ($10/mo) creates AI-assisted eBay and Facebook Marketplace drafts from supported Amazon, Walmart, and eBay product pages. PRO ($20/mo) includes both plans' current tools, inventory import, and crossposting to Facebook, Vinted, Mercari, and Poshmark. PRO also includes Amazon Quick Buy and the Checkout logger, which are both off by default. Facebook, Vinted and Mercari can use optional auto-publishing; Poshmark always needs your own Publish click. Eligible legacy Bundle and Pro licenses retain their existing entitlements.
How many devices can I use?
One device per license. Your key binds to the first browser that activates it. Need it on a new machine? Ask in our Discord and we'll reset the binding.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, no questions asked. Open your dashboard → Manage Subscription. It takes you to Stripe's self-serve portal where you can cancel, switch plans, update your card, or download invoices. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What about refunds?
All sales are final. ListPilot is a digital product with instant access, so we don't offer refunds (except where required by law). You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future billing and keep access until the end of your paid period. See our Refund Policy for details. If something isn't working, tell us in our Discord. We'll make it right.
Is my data safe?
Your AI provider API key is stored locally in your browser and sent directly to the selected provider for authentication. AI input includes product text and any review notes you provide. ListPilot also stores data used by inventory and tracking features. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I install ListPilot?
One click from the Chrome Web Store. Install it, pin it to your toolbar, and paste your license key. Updates install automatically like any other extension.
