Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for ListPilot. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final

ListPilot is a digital product delivered instantly - your license key and access are provided immediately after purchase. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including monthly, yearly, and one-time lifetime plans, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please make sure ListPilot is right for you before you buy - the pricing page describes each plan, and you're welcome to ask us questions first.

2. Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your dashboard or the customer portal. Canceling:

  • stops all future renewals - you will not be charged again;
  • does not refund the current term or any prior term;
  • keeps your access active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Lifetime plans are a single one-time purchase and are likewise non-refundable.

3. Suspension or Termination for Cause

We may suspend or terminate a license or subscription at any time and without a refund if you breach our Terms - including misuse or abuse of the Service, sharing or leaking our proprietary software or AI prompts, abusing our APIs, sharing a license across people or devices, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first - we want to help. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in immediate termination of your license and access. We keep purchase and usage records and will provide them to the card network when responding to disputes.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, see the digital-content section of our Terms of Service regarding immediate access and the right of withdrawal.

6. Something Not Working?

A no-refund policy does not mean no support. If something isn't working, tell us in our Discord and we'll do our best to make the product right.
