These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ListPilot - the ListPilot browser extension, website, and related services (the "Service"), operated by ListPilot ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ListPilot is a browser extension and web dashboard that helps you create marketplace listings, track orders, refunds, and reviews, and draft review content. The features available to you depend on the plan you purchase (Tracker, Lister, or Bundle).
Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. This license is for one person, limited to one active device per license key, for personal use only. You may not:
You agree not to misuse or abuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: sharing or leaking ListPilot's proprietary software or AI prompts; abusing, overloading, or scraping our APIs or infrastructure; sharing a license across multiple people or devices; automating abuse; fraud; payment or chargeback abuse; or any use that harms the Service, us, or other users.
AI features require your own Anthropic API key, which is stored only in your browser. You are responsible for your API key, for all charges Anthropic bills to it, and for your compliance with the terms of Anthropic, Amazon, eBay, Google, and any other platform you use the Service with. ListPilot is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.
Plans are offered as monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime purchases, processed by our payment provider, Stripe. For monthly and yearly plans, you authorize us (via Stripe) to automatically charge your payment method the then-current plan price on a recurring basis - monthly or annually, respectively - until you cancel. Lifetime plans are a single, one-time charge. Prices may change for future terms; we will not change the price of a term you have already paid for. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
ListPilot is a digital product delivered instantly. All sales are final and non-refundable - for monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans - except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review our full Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard or the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any prior term, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We may suspend or terminate your license, subscription, or access at any time, with or without notice, and without a refund - including, without limitation, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse, abuse of the Service, sharing or leaking our software or prompts, API abuse, license-sharing, fraud, or chargeback abuse.
The Service - including all software, AI prompts, designs, and the ListPilot name and logo - is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Service, not any ownership of it. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any generated content (listings, reviews, or other output) will be accurate or compliant with any marketplace's policies. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and for your compliance with the rules of Amazon, eBay, and any other platform you use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListPilot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, digital content normally carries a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing and gaining immediate access to the Service, you expressly request and consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
