The Crosslist alternative, priced tier by tier

Prices pulled from Crosslist's own pricing page on 8 September 2026. Where they beat us, we say so.

The difference in one line

Crosslist meters two things: how many new listings you add each month, and how much AI you use. ListPilot meters neither. We charge $20 a month flat, and you pay your own AI cost of about $0.05 a listing.

Crosslist has no free plan, and their cheapest is $29.99 — $9.99 above our only crosslisting plan.

Which of our plans is the fair comparison?

We have three plans, and only PRO at $20/mo does crosslisting. Tracker ($5/mo) is for tracking refunds and reviews. Lister ($10/mo) does Amazon to eBay listings. Neither one does Crosslist's job, so quoting their prices on this page would be misleading.

Everything below compares ListPilot PRO at $20/mo.

Silver$34.99500500nonono
Gold$39.991,0001,000yesyesyes
Diamond$44.99unlimited2,000yesyesyes

More AI credits are a $4.99/mo add-on. Background removals are unlimited on every plan, and bulk crosslisting, delisting and relisting are too — credit to them, that's better than List Perfectly's gating. What is held back is auto-delisting when an item sells, CSV import/export and sales analytics, none of which appear below Gold at $39.99. ListPilot includes auto-delist at $20.

What it really costs, at your volume

ListPilot PRO is $20 plus your own AI cost, about $0.05 a listing. Bronze is Crosslist's cheapest plan. Gold is their cheapest with auto-delisting, which we include — so both are worth showing.

The line falls around 200 listings a month against Bronze, and around 400 against Gold. Under those we're cheaper. Over them Crosslist is, because their AI is bundled into the plan and ours is billed per listing. We'd rather show you the number than pretend it doesn't turn.

Where Crosslist beats us

  • More marketplaces. They cover 11+, against our five: eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari and Vinted. Check their list before you switch.
  • Cheaper above about 200 listings a month against Bronze, and above about 400 against Gold. In the table rather than buried.
  • Bundled AI, so there's no API key to set up — though it is credit-metered, which ours isn't.
  • Unlimited background removals on every plan. We have none at all. If you photograph your own items that's a real gap. If your photos come off an Amazon or Walmart product page, they're already on white and there's nothing to remove.
  • Bulk actions on every plan, including the cheapest. No argument from us — that's how it should work.

Where ListPilot beats Crosslist

  • $9.99 a month cheaper than their cheapest plan, and $19.99 cheaper than Gold, the plan you need before Crosslist will delist a sold item for you.
  • Auto-delist when it sells, at $20. When something sells on eBay we take it down on Facebook, Vinted, Mercari and Poshmark. Crosslist holds that back until Gold at $39.99.
  • No listing meter and no AI credits. Bronze stops at 200 new listings and 200 AI credits a month. We have no number to hit, at any volume.
  • We list straight from an Amazon or Walmart product page. Paste a product URL and the listing is written from the retailer's own title, bullets and photos. Crosslist starts from listings you already have — it has no retail sourcing at all.
  • A lifetime option. $480 once, against Gold's $479.88 a year — about twelve months to pay back, then nothing. Crosslist's pricing page doesn't list a lifetime plan.

You bring your own Anthropic API key

Setting it up takes a few minutes, once. Here's what it buys you.

When a tool bundles AI it has to cap it, or price for its heaviest users. Crosslist meters it in credits — 200 a month on Bronze, 2,000 on Diamond — and sells more at $4.99 a month. Vendoo includes none at all on its $14.99 plan. List Perfectly gives you 25 AI listings a month on its $29 plan and 50 on its $49 one.

You pay Anthropic directly, at about $0.05 a listing, with nothing added on top and no number to run out of. At 100 listings a month that's $5.

If you'd rather not deal with an API key at all, a bundled tool is a reasonable choice and we won't pretend otherwise.
